“WIN BIG” Xmas Promotion 2011

Terms and Conditions: 
1. Information on how to enter, how to claim and prize details form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. 
2. The promoter is Pakenham Produce & Saddlery, ABN number 81 190 223 866 of 2 Bormar Drive, Pakenham VIC 3810. 
3. The promotion begins on Thursday 1st December 2011 at 0900 (EDST) and concludes on December 31st, 2011 at 1700 (EDST). 
4. Entry is open to all customers who spend $50 or over in one transaction in store. Employees and their immediate families of Pakenham Produce & Saddlery and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible. 
5. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash, account fees or other goods. 
6. The promoter will not be responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries. Pakenham Produce & Saddlery or its agencies and companies associated with any promotion shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. 
7. All entries become the property of Pakenham Produce & Saddlery. The information may be used as part of aggregate data collection, marketing and for reporting purposes. The information will be kept by Pakenham Produce & Saddlery on a secure database. If required, this information can be accessed. The information on this database will not be passed on to any other company or person without prior consent. 
8.. In the event that for any reason whatsoever the winner does not claim the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. 
9. To enter and be eligible for the prize drawing a customer must:
* Purchase items to the minimum value of $50 in any one transaction between the dates of 1st December 2011 and 31^st December 2011.
* Complete the entry form supplied at the place of purchase and provide all the details requested on the entry form in order to complete their entry.
* Entry is permitted to this competition only per transaction over $50 spent in store only within the completion period.For each $50 spent. ** Account payments excluded.* There will be one winner only. 
Proof of identification must be supplied by the winner before prize will be supplied. 
Winners will be contacted first by email following the draw. Then by phone, on the number supplied on the entry form. Incomplete or illegible entry forms are deemed void.
