Notification of Error on a Delivery
Any shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Local Delivery Schedule
Pakenham Produce & Saddlery pride ourselves on our prompt delivery service.
Online orders received after 3pm will be dispatched via Australia Post on the following day.
All orders to Pakenham & surrounding areas should be delivered within 1-3 working days.
Back Orders - Online Sales
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.

Defective Items

Returns & Refunds at Delivery
In the case of damaged or defective goods or if your order is not correct then please contact our team on 03) 5941 1844. Shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Cancellations- Online Sales
We endeavor to process all orders within 1 working day, if you wish to cancel your order, then please contact us on 03) 5941 1844 and we will do our best to cancel the order. However, if your order has already been processed then a cancellation fee will be charged.
