And, as a pelleted formula Barastoc Sovereign also stops horses sifting out important ingredients. This higher energy pellet is very palatable and encourages feed intake in harder working horses. The protein content is 13.5%, a level suited to mature horses with access to good quality roughage. There is also added fat for increased energy and improved coat condition, and molasses to keep horses eating right to the bottom of the bin.
